Scheduling and Availability

We make every effort to schedule your trip when you request it, but we cannot always guarantee availability. The further ahead you schedule the better the chance of availability in our schedule.

Payment

Payment for trip is due upon confirmation of booking. Please contact us if special arrangements need to be made. Driver will not start any trip without full payment. 

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo and Cash App for payment.

Cancellations

We understand things come up and you may need to cancel your trip. Please give as much advance notice as possible.

There is a $5 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

48 hours notice - full refund less the $5 cancellation fee. 

24-48 Hours notice - 50% refund less $5 cancellation fee.

There will be no refund for trips cancelled less than 24 hours from pick-up time.

 

Your trip

It is the customers responsibility to schedule their trip with enough time to allow for possible delays due to traffic, construction detours, inclement weather etc. We will not be held liable for losses such as missed flights, missed appointments, etc. No refunds will be issued other than those detailed above.

 

You can expect your driver to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early. Don’t feel rushed, we won't expect you until your scheduled time. If you choose to begin your trip early you may do so. We allow a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled pick up time in case you need a little extra time. After 10 minutes we will begin charging for wait time at the rate of 75 cents/minute. After 20 minutes you will be at risk of ride cancellation. The same rate will be applied for trips going more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled end time. We strive to begin and end all trips on their scheduled times, and we need to make it to our next scheduled trip on time.

There is no smoking, vaping or open alcohol containers permitted in our vehicles.

If you have a child who legally must be in car seat or booster seat, please be sure to have the proper car seat or booster seat with you. We do not provide car seats or booster seats.

Pet policy

We love pets too! But for future riders with allergies and to reduce the risk of damage, all pets must be in an enclosed pet safe container. Service animals trained for a specific task may sit with their owner.
