No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time. No refunds for no-shows or missed rides. Passengers should be at pick-up location promptly at assigned time. No smoking, vaping or open alcohol containers permitted in our vehicles. If you have a child who legally must be in car seat or booster seat, please be sure to have the proper car seat or booster seat with you. We love pets too! But for future riders with allergies and to reduce the risk of damage, all pets must be in an enclosed pet safe container. Service animals trained for a specific task may sit with their owner. Reserve a separate seat for your pet.
